No existe relación alguna entre estas dos palabras.
- 'Twice' significa 'dos veces'; en vez de decir two times, dices 'twice'. Lo mismo con 'once' que significa 'una vez'.
- 'Both' significa 'ambos'.

Both is used with nouns.
I read that twice.
