All of them sound natural except "I went up the ship with all my family."

I agree..."I went up the ship with all my family" doesn't sound natural
But also the sentence "It is the last chance to raise the boat" sounds strange. It sounds like you are trying to lift a sunken boat from the ocean floor...I don't think you mean that.
