"grow attached to something"
I don't really get the exact meaning of "grow attached to something". How would you say it in Spanish? Would it be translated into Spanish as "coger cariño a algo" ?
How would you translate the following into Spanish: "We grow attached to places"

El verbo "grow" se utiliza en este caso con el sentido de "incrementar" algo. En la frase que planteas, tu traducción es correcta. Literalmente dice "cultivar el vínculo".
