what is the meanig of?
The paramedics are gonna have to come to get my foot outta my mouth.
This is from a movie called hitch, I can´t fully grasp the meaning of this sentence.

"to put your foot in your mouth" means to say something stupid, or with very poor timing. So, in this case, the speaker feels like he said something so dumb, or at such a wrong time that the paramedics will have to take his foot out of his mouth for him.

It's humour. If you take the sentence literally it will not make sense.
