there is no literal translation for every line - Zindgi toh sabhi k liye wahi hai Life is same for everyone (Literal translation) Fark hai toh sirf itna hai ki The only difference is (Again literal translation) koi dil se jee raha hai toh koi dil se jeena is like living happily when you really want to live So this line will - Some (people) are living happily Dil rakhne k liye jee raha hai Dil rakhna ke liye jina is like living for the sake of someone or living because someone wants you to live So this line will we - Some (People) are living for the sake of someone else.
