Ratten + Mouse what is the difference between Ratten und Mouse in biological test? danke

Different species (genus, 属). Wikipedia says 大家鼠 (Ratte) and 小鼠属 (Maus), I don't know how accurate the translation is. The latin genus name is "Rattus" and "Mus", if you can look those up.
