1) On. Message me on Facebook. 2) On. I watch your videos on Youtube. 3) On. I'll add you on Skype. 4) On. Ask questions on Italki. I think usually for websites and chatting programs, "on" is used. However, "in" is used for computer games (ex. I was chatting with a friend in game.)
