You can write either of them. For a habit or things you like/ love to do, you can use either a gerund (Verb + Ing) or infinitive (To + Verb).
For example,
1) "I like to eat." - "I like eating."
2) "I love to dance." - "I love dancing."

(love,like,prefer,hate)-----> V+ing
or: --------> to+infinitive
