How to begin an email politely
After greeting someone politely in an email, what are three ways to begin email on the subject of " Customer Meeting Agenda"?

It depends on whether or not you know the person you are addressing your letter to.
You can start with "Dear Sir/Madam, ", if you don't know the person.
O simply "Dear Mr (NAME)," if you know that he is a man, or "Dear Mrs (NAME)," if you know that she is a woman.

It depends. If you have the agenda as an attachment, you can say:
1. As per the attached customer meeting agenda, we are going to discuss about ______________________ .
If it is in the body of the email, you can say 2. Please see the customer meeting agenda below. You can also say 3. As per the agenda below, we are going to discuss ________________.
