Hello, could I say この猫はすごいきれいです。This cat is amazingly pretty. ;) Since I always use とても, so I just want to know whether there is another word to express "very, really"

The correct is この猫はすごくきれいです。though we sometimes say すごいきれい between close people.

Other translations are:
ほんとうにきれいです。
ひじょうにきれいです。
じつにきれいです。
*I don't use the last two in my everyday conversation.
