عذراً = معذرةً = Excuse me

- you can use it to ask someone to move

example : Excuse me , you're blocking the way.
                   عذرا ,  انت تسد الطريق
excuse me    = عذرا  (o'z -ran)
you                   = انت   (anta)
are blocking   = تسد    (tasod) 
the way         = الطريق  ( al - tariq)

- you can also use it to attract the attention of someone

example : Excuse me , can you help me with the luggages
