"Take away Turkish" sounds like a phrasebook which I don't recommend for learning a language. Besides books I can recommend to you to watch Turkish series and movies (even if you don't like them) it is a enjoyable way to improve your speaking. Listen Turkish songs and try to sing along with singer (sounds silly but do it) again it will improve your speaking.
