What does it mean: “it changes the lighting first with the quarter and after the stroke"? Our family have plans to spend New Year Eve in Barcelona, Spain. I’ve heard of Spanish custom to eat 12 grapes at midnight, one on each chime of the clock. So we have to choose where to go – to Plaza Cataluna eat grapes or to Agbar Tower to see the Lighting show. For me, I prefer Lighting show, but also want to eat grapes and to make a wish. Can it be combined? Does that phrase mean that Agbar Tower changes the lighting each second during first 12 seconds of the year? I not completely sure about “first with the quarter”, what does this mean?

I don't know if that's a translation, but in English that makes no sense. Maybe it was part of a larger sentence? I still don't think it would make sense.
