Differences between ㄹ 게요 and ㄹ 거예요? they all mean I will do something, I wonder what's the difference? and what the circumstances I'm going to use?

Hi~ ㄹ 게요 ㄹ 거예요. Both of these sentences are used when we want to do somthing. But, whne you ask someone a question, you only have to use the "ㄹ거예요?" not "ㄹ게요?" And you also use the "ㄹ 건가요?" instead of "ㄹ 거예요?".
