what does "doodle" mean as an adjective?
When you describe someone as a doodle, you mean he is... what?

You mean "doodle" as a noun, I think? It's not used to describe a person in English spoken in England. This sounds like North American slang and hopefully someone from the US or Canada can help.
We use "doodle" as a verb for spontaneous and informal drawing, usually of pictures.

American English also has doodle as a verb for drawing and also for the resulting picture. I don't know of a use as an adjective in Amer English either.
