에 and 에다가 have same meaning. 에다가 is used for emphasizing 에. 벽에 연필로 낙서를 해 놓았다 There are pencil scribblings on the wall. 벽에다가 연필로 낙서를 해 놓았다 There are pencil scribblings just on the wall.
