Literalmente,seria "yo no voy a endulzarlo",pero "sugar coat" es una metafora,es un "idiom" ,es dificil de traducirlo como en realidad es,podrias decir "yo no voy a hacer que se vea mas agradable"

"I'm not going to sugar coat it" puede ser "yo no lo voy a endulzar" o "yo no voy a endulzarlo"
