Cosa vuol dire "la giurisprudenza di legittimità!"?
il G.I.P. – è già successo che abbia interpretato in questo modo la Nuova Legge - potrebbe annullare non solo l’obbligo di firma, ma l’intero provvedimento (cioè anche la diffida) del Questore secondo la giurisprudenza di legittimità!!!

The "giurisprudenza di legittimità" is the type of judgments based just on the procedure of the law and its correct interpretation. They are not judgments on the content of the lawsuit.
