- 이번주 화요일에 시간 있어요?(Do you have time on this Tuesday?)
- 다음주 화요일에 시간 있어요?(Do you have time on next Tuesday?)

Also, you may say "이번 화요일에 시간 있어요?","다음 화요일에 시간 있어요?".
However, I would say it is much clearer to say "이번주(this week)" instead of "이번(this)".
