How would you translate ダレノ救いの手も? Does the も turn it into "anyone/everyone" similar to だれも?

『誰の救いの手も』は、難しいですね。。
『誰の救いの手も借りない』であれば、
"I borrow nobody's helping hand."でしょうか。
