All of these make sense, but "as time goes by" and "as time goes on" are more common in everyday English, in my opinion.

Examples:

"As time went by, the King realised he had made a mistake."
"As time passes, it is easier to forgive the people who hurt us."
"We hear less about the rumours, as time goes on."
