Another good way is to copy those words in a white card. On the other side of the card you can write down a sentence using such word. And then use it to write down an experience you've had and you can tell the story to somebody else...

Just copying words is a very bad way to learn them. You need to learn them in a MEANINGFUL situation or context,such as a song or a movie or with pictures.For example I remember the word "Tushuguan" which my friend Jane taught me as we walked through the campus and she pointed at the building.You cannot learn words in isolation.
