"How's that sound?" and "What do you say?" What's the difference between "How's that sound?(How does that sound?)" and "What do you say?"? I guess they both are the same. Is it correct? Thank you so much for reading, everyone.

In a certain context, they are both saying or asking the same thing, which is what is the other persons opinion.
