I've been using memrise.com (the Beginner Polish & Comphrensive Polish courses) courses for vocab practice to supplement my Michel Thomas audio course, and now adding italki teaching. It's been a bit of a challenge switching from full audio to reading/writing because of the Polish alphabet (was that sz, ś, zi, ź, or ż ?!), but it's definitely been rewarding. More medium/long term reading goal is getting some young adult books and reading those (eg Harry Potter).

Hi, you can start with this: "Przygwoźdź bździągwa gwoździem źdźbło, to pobździ źdźbłko. " (this is some old, traditional Polish) Or very popular here: "Chrząszcz brzmi w trzcinie w Szczebrzeszynie. " Good luck, best, Ewelina
