Are these two words mean the same? to [verb]ing & to [verb] 1) I'll get around to writing your letter. 2) I'll get around to write your letter.

The phrasal verb 'get around to' is followed by a gerund form. The first sentence is grammatically correct, the second is not. If you said the second, it wouldn't be clear what you meant.
