Can you learn two languages at the same time? Yes you can. I would suggest learning one at a time. Learning a language isn't always easy. It's better to focus on one and then the other. But that's my opinion. I was learning Spanish and Japanese and I kept confusing the two. I decided to just focus on Japanese for now.
