Dash... I hope there's nothing "censored" in my question :) Can somebody explain me this sentence: "You may not have the dash" What does it mean? Thanks a lot.

The more commonly used form is "dashing", as an adjective. It means something like (flair, to be stylish, suave, well-dressed, to look good) + attitude. A "dashing" man is one well-dressed, good-looking, whom all the ladies want.
