One question of an English grammar " please check the attachment " or " please check attachment " which one is correct?

Grammatically the first sentence is correct. The second one can be used informally or in the titles of newspaper articles, where "a"/"an"/"the" are left out.

Grammatically, the first is correct, although I normally use he second.

Both work. First one is more correct. Second one would be used if tone of email was less formal or slightly clipped.
