1. Apart from the misspelling of 'everywhere', both are correct. They have different meanings.
2. 'Around the path' is an odd idea. Paths are long and straight, so it is more normal to walk 'along a path'.
'We are walk' is grammatically impossible. 'We are walking' is correct.

The only one that is not right, grammatically speaking, is 2b. You cannot say "We are walk around the path" in standard English and have it be grammatical.
