What is the difference of ane and oneesan in Japanese?

Oneesan is for out-group. You say it to talk about someone else's elder sister.
Ane is for in-group. You say it when you're talking to someone else about your elder sister.

The difference i think is that we use onee when talking about other's elder sister ... but ane is absolutely for MY elder sister .
