Najcieplejszy marzec od dziesięciu (10) lat.
* powiedziELIbyście. When you form the tryb przypuszczający, the both parts: powiedzieli + byście compose the final form together. Powiedzieli determines the gender: masculine and the number: plural (of the person you aim the statement to). Byście stands for the grammatical person: you plural.
Powiedziałbyście is conflicting, because the 1st part indicates singular and the 2nd plural number.
