What's the difference between "rouse" & "arouse"?

Arouse is usually used in reference to feelings/sex and rouse is usually used with things that create action. The context I usually hear it in.

rouse 和 arouse 这两个词比较接近。 都有唤醒叫醒惊醒的意思。
但是arouse 更多时候是用在这样的情况： 某物某人引起什么样的反应；又或者某物某人激起某人的某种感觉（例如饥饿感，寒冷，性欲之类的。）
