问题:如果是成人之间 (如夫妻间),会有什么不同?

I don't know any chinese, but I am a native speaker of English, so I am basing my answer on NoT YeT's translation.  (Sorry NoT YeT!!!)
The only thing I could really understand was the first conversation between the mother and the child, but the words "feces" and "urine" are more something that a doctor would say, not something that most mothers would use with their children.  "A poo or a wee?" would be more realistic.
