What is the difference between "ett" and "en"
When should mean a en and when I have to put ett in Swedish

There are to genders in Swedish. The first one requires en article, the second ett. It is like la and le in French. You need to learn which word has en gender and which has ett. Nevertheless there are some rules which can help you (I think it is easy to fund them in the internet).
