Not too hot in Japanese
I want to say "not too hot" in Japanese. Is あつい　を　すぎない　(atsui wo suginai) correct?

not hot >> あつくない。

I think it's "atsukunai" (-kunai is the negative for i-verbs)
If you want t say "it wasn't hot" you can use "atsukunakatta" (-katta is the past for i-verbs)
