what does 불쌍해요. mean
i want to know what 불쌍해요. mean is it mean ( what a poor thing ) and which situation i can use it . is it consider rude expression .??

불쌍하다 : 처지가 안되고 애처롭다.
불쌍하다 means "someone or something looks pitiful, pathetic"
Generally 불쌍해요 is used for younger person than the speaker or animal.
You can use 안됐어요 for older person than the speaker
