They could be interchangeable. If someone says they are going to do something you disapprove of, despite your advice. You could respond - just as you wish, meaning do just as you wish rather than as I have advised, or, do whatever you want.

The first describes HOW, denoted through "as", things will happen.
The second describes "what" could happen.
