I think both options are correct, but I'd prefer the first one ;) I like more. Moreover, I'd use "I want to buy" instead of "I'd buy", but maybe is a literal translation from Spanish :D

"Whose" is normally only used of people, not of things. Your second sentence is fine. Or, more simply, you could say. "I'd buy the CD called Sirope."
