There are lots of ways.For example, here on italki there are lots of foreigners! We are all foreigners. You can go to some groups of travellers, for example couchsurfing.org sometimes has meetings of foreigners from all over the world, and you can meet them and show them your city. I also belong to an international hosting club called servas.org, which allows you to travel and be hosted by people all over the world.
