The best way to say it is "leave me alone." If you say "don't disturb me" it will sound weird and they might laugh at you. Especially if they are already annoying and rude to you. If you use slang like "piss off" that could lead to a fight. Unless you want to give him or her the beat down of their life. Here in America we call that street justice.
