4. 네, 됩니다 = ?? (i think, 되 is 'can' ? ...? I found someone said something like this when his friend asked him to come to his house)

들리다. 들르다 are different verbs.

3. 자문간 들릴게요 -> 조만간 들릴게요 is correct. = I'll visit soon
4. 네, 됩니다 = Yes, I can.
