"给"动词用法，哪一个更好用？
你好！我有这两个对话的两种说法。哪一个更好用？
第一个对话
A: Mom is looking for you.
B: Ok (got it)! I will give her a call.
甲：妈妈有事情找你。
乙：知道了，我要给她打电话。
甲：妈妈有事情找你。
乙：知道了，我要打电话给她。
第二个对话
A: Boss is looking for you.
B: Ok (got it)! I will send him an email.
甲：老板有事情找你。
乙：知道了，我要发一个电子邮件给他。
甲：老板有事情找你。
乙：知道了，我要给他发一个电子邮件。

Both are fine.
The real problem here is not the translation of "给"
It's the translation of "will".
Ok (got it)! I will give her a call.
知道了，我要给她打电话。
In this situation, 我要给她打电话 sounds strange.
知道了，我会给她打电话的would be better.
It is the same story in the second dialogue.

对于第一个问题，我想我们会说： 我会给他打电话的！ （要can cause confusion, gonna or must :）
第二个： 我马上给他发邮件！ at once / 我会给他发邮件的！after a while
语法上你的说法都没问题，但口语还是要变通一下的 ：）

中文不讲究语法，作为一个中国人来说，从来没有学过语法，中文也没有固定的语法。所以你说的都对。
