That depends what your level is now. As you didn't use English, I can't tell how much you know. If you don't know any English, you need to first get some lessons with someone who speaks Chinese, so they can explain things to you in Chinese. You may be able to find a class in your city, or you could find a teacher here on italki, and learn online. Once you have learnt some words, and can have some basic conversations, you could start practising, by talking to more people. You could try to find a language partner who wants to talk to you.
