I always get the 2 mixed up.

For example, when I want to say "that's not much", what do I say: Det er ikke mange eller meget?
Can anyone give me examples (with translation please, as my Danish is very limited)

Mange=many
Meget=much
I have many friend - jeg har mange venner 
I have a lot (("much")) milk - jeg har meget mælk
