What is the difference? Have you made a bed yet? Have you (already) made a bed already? Did you make a bed already?

It would be unusual to talk about "making a bed" in these sentences. We normally say "make the bed" i.e. "make your bed". Have you made the bed yet? = at some point before now Have you (already) made the bed already? = at some point before now, earlier than expected Did you make the bed already? - Not right in UK English (we use present perfect here) but potentially right in the US.
