Qual a melhor técnica para treinar a audição?
Tenho muita dificuldade em entender o que outros dizem. Existe alguma técnica eficaz para desenvolver essa habilidade?
I have much difficulty to understand what others say . Is there any effective technique to develop this ability ?

Watch english movies with english subtitles on. Over time it should improve naturally.
