Ahmed... this quotation is easily found by typing summum bonum into any web browser and searching. Summum bonum is a Latin expression meaning "the highest good". It's defined as "the highest good, especially as the ultimate goal according to which values and priorities are established in an ethical system." The summum bonum is generally thought of as being an end in itself (a goal). The term was used in medieval philosophy (~ 2,000 years ago) to describe the ultimate importance, the singular and overriding end which human beings ought to pursue. In some religions, the highest good is usually defined as the life of the righteous and/or the life led in Communion with God and according to God's precepts. In modern times, it is also used as a legal term. English, French, Italian, and Spanish speakers, whose language is derived from Latin, may recognize that: - summum looks like 'summit' (the highest point), and - bonum looks like 'bon' (good)

It's apparently Latin for "the highest good". -https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Summum_bonum Don't worry, most English speakers wouldn't understand it either, unless they knew Latin.
