Where = どこ（何処） = doko
you = あなた（貴方） = anata
be going to = 行く予定 = iku yotei
“ Where are you going (to)? ”
↓
「どこ に あなた は 行く予定です か？ 」 （Literal translation）
↓
「あなた は どこ に 行く予定です か？ 」 （Basic way）
↓
「どこ に 行く予定です か？」 （The subject is omitted.）
↓
「どこ に 行く予定？」 （The spoken language／not polite）
↓
「どこ 行く 予定？ 」 （The spoken language and short ／not polite）
