Electronic relates to electrical devices that amplify and process electrical signals: e.g., audio amplifiers, radios, and digital circuitry are electronic devices. The scientific study of the behavior and design of electronic devices and circuits is called electronics.

Electrical. There are few actual electrical shops in the US and we refer to the section of the store dedicated to electrical stuff as the electrical aisle(s) or electrical department. For small electronics/etc. we do have some electronics stores left, though most of this is done online now.
