我看词典的时候看起来“招人讨厌”是一个固定短语，或是平常看到在一起，对不对？

招人讨厌 means make a nuisance of himself

It's more like annoying to me in this context. In Taiwan, we usually use 惹人厌 instead of 招人讨厌. The only context using 招人 I can think of is 招人妒忌. The four words always go together.

yes you are ringht , but i think" shameless"is not mean ”招人讨厌“. they are different.
